Privacy and your data
HomeDash LA is currently a public property-research demo. Contact and tour-request collection is paused while the privacy program is completed. You can browse without an account.
This is not yet a complete legal privacy policy: the responsible legal entity and a verified public privacy-contact channel have not been published. Those are required before external lead capture resumes. No entity name or email address has been invented here.
AI requests
Questions sent to the AI advisor are processed by the application and its model provider to return an answer. Product analytics store event type, language, and selected cities—not the raw question or contact details. To prevent abuse, a secret-keyed pseudonymous network-address fingerprint is temporarily stored; the raw IP is not stored, and deletion is scheduled within 48 hours by the daily job.
Saved preference profiles
Only when you explicitly save a profile, HomeDash stores minimized search preferences, saved listing IDs, and a high-entropy access token. Common email-address and phone-number formats are removed server-side.
Shared shortlist reports
When you create a report, its title, cleaned query summary, advisor note, listing IDs, weights, view count, and creation time are stored. Your browser keeps a random visitor ID that you can clear; the server stores only a separately keyed per-report fingerprint for deduplication, retained with the report for at most 30 days and unlinkable across reports. Anyone with the unguessable link can view it, so treat the link as private.
Retention now enforced
- Historical leads: 90 days
- Saved profiles: 90 days after latest use/update
- Shared reports: 30 days
- Aggregate product events: 30 days
The monitored daily data pipeline runs the purge. Every targeted or retention deletion is written transactionally to a server-only audit trail without retaining the raw deleted identifier.

These controls do not ask for a new name, email address, or phone number.
Clear this browser
Removes saved homes, chat history, preference weights, display settings, and the saved-profile token from this browser. This does not delete a separately saved server profile unless you use the next control.
Delete a saved AI profile
Your profile token is the passwordless proof that the preference profile belongs to you. Paste the token or the full profile link; it is sent only in the deletion request body.
Service providers and current limitation
The deployed service uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase/PostgreSQL for application data, and Anthropic for AI responses. When cloud voice is enabled, response text may also be sent to MiniMax, Google Gemini, or OpenAI for audio synthesis; the raw question is not separately sent for voice. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy documentation.
A safe public request channel for historical leads and shared reports cannot be opened until the legal data controller and verified contact are confirmed. Exact-record operator deletion exists behind the authenticated dashboard; it is not presented as a substitute for that missing owner/contact information.
